Additionally, there will be two 2-story buildings featuring a total of 175,000 square feet of commercial space and an up-to-12-story building that will house both office space (measuring at approximately 200,000 square feet) and accommodations for up to250 hotel rooms (see photo). According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, this development is slated to take place on Spring Road in Smyrna near Truist Park – an area that has long been targeted as a potential site for such a project. The permit request has been filed by Rass Associates and2800 Properties with the Developments of Regional Impact agency.
