**Coalition Space Partners with Jack Resnick & Sons to Launch New Location at 485 Madison Avenue**
Coalition Space, a provider of flexible workspaces, has officially partnered with Jack Resnick & Sons to open a new location — Coalition Space Grand Central — at 485 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. The new facility occupies the entire seventh floor of the office tower, offering 15,736 square feet of flexible workspaces, private offices, enterprise solutions, and virtual office options. Operations at the new location are set to begin on April 7.
This expansion marks a significant step forward in Coalition Space’s growth strategy and further cements its footprint in New York City’s competitive office market.

The 10-year lease transaction was brokered with representation from both sides: Bert Rosenblatt and Alex Gerome of Cresa represented Coalition Space, while Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg represented Jack Resnick & Sons in-house.
