**CMC North America Signs Multi-Year Headquarters Lease in Methuen, Massachusetts**
Ken Oppenheim, Executive Vice President at Hunneman, has brokered a long-term lease for a 70,872-square-foot property located at 200 Danton Drive in Methuen, Massachusetts. The deal was secured on behalf of CMC North America, a prominent provider of sales, distribution, and services for aerial work platforms and related products across North America.
The new facility will serve as the company’s headquarters and will consolidate its current operations in Wilmington and Devens into a single location.
“This move is a key next step in supporting the company’s growth, and we are excited to bring together our locations in Wilmington and Devens into this larger property,” said Jeff Poggi, CEO of CMC North America. “We now have the space to expand inventory, improve service to customers, and grow sales.”
The property, owned by Starwood Capital Group, includes 49,378 square feet of warehouse space and 20,663 square feet of office space. Situated on approximately 11.9 acres of land, the site offers significant room for future expansion.
