Jack Resnick & Sons recently announced a new lease agreement with Club Pilates, bringing the popular fitness brand to The Delegate, a luxury condominium tower in Midtown East. The 10-year lease covers 3,500 square feet on the ground floor of the building at Second Avenue and 45th Street.
Club Pilates is part of Xponential Fitness and an affiliate of Midtown East Fitness. With over 800 studios worldwide across four continents, it is one of the largest boutique fitness franchise groups globally.
The team at Jack Resnick & Sons represented themselves in-house with Fran Delgorio and Brett Greenberg leading negotiations alongside Ariel Schuster, Ross Berkowitz, Andrew Stern and Jake Siegel from Newmark. RIPCO’s Emily Kripitz and Beth Rosen acted as representatives for Club Pilates during this deal.
