Northmarq’s Nashville office has welcomed Cleveland Bain as their new Vice President. In his role, Bain will be representing both buyers and sellers in the identification, acquisition, sale and lease of land and development sites.
Bain brings with him a wealth of experience in brokering over $83 million worth of land deals across various asset classes. He also worked as an attorney for nearly a decade where he represented property owners, developers, business owners and contractors within real estate construction & zoning laws. Additionally he was the owner & general contractor for seven years at a residential & commercial construction company based out of Nashville .
He holds a bachelor’s degree from University Of Tennessee at Knoxville along with Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School Of Law; additionally he is licensed real estate broker/attorney in Tennessee state along with holding TN Contractor’s license too!
