United Cooperative Services is looking to develop a nearly 60,000 square foot facility in Cleburne, Texas. Located 20 miles south of Fort Worth and home to 30,000 people, the $33 million project would include offices, a warehouse space for storage solutions and vehicle service bay with an accompanying car wash bay. Construction on the potential development is anticipated to start January 2024 with completion scheduled for June 2025.

Established in April 2000 after Johnson County Electric Cooperative and Erath County Electric Cooperative consolidated their services into one cooperative organization; United Co-op serves over 100 thousand meters across 72 thousand members throughout Texas. With this new project they are continuing their commitment of providing reliable electric distribution services that meet customer needs while maintaining competitive rates within the industry standards.
