Clear Investment Group Acquires Marbury Plaza in Washington DC

Clear Investment Group has recently completed the acquisition of Marbury Plaza, a 681-unit property located in Southeast Washington, D.C. The building has a rich history and was once home to notable residents such as Isaac Hayes. In line with Clear Investment Group’s mission to revitalize distressed multifamily housing using ethical and sustainable practices, the property will undergo a rebranding process and be renamed Langston Views.

Under Clear Investment Group’s ownership, Langston Views will receive modern upgrades including new fitness facilities, upgraded locker rooms and swimming pool areas, as well as renovated common spaces. These efforts are being done in collaboration with the Office of the Mayor and Attorney General.

According to Amy Rubenstein, CEO of Clear Investment Group: “This acquisition exemplifies our commitment to revitalizing distressed properties while also prioritizing positive social impact.” She added that they are proud to work alongside city leadership in providing housing solutions for Washington D.C. residents.
