Clear Investment Group Acquires Columbus Multifamily Portfolio

Clear Investment Group, a Chicago-based firm specializing in acquiring, managing and redeveloping distressed multifamily real estate assets, has recently acquired a 381-unit portfolio in the Columbus metropolitan market. The portfolio consists of multiple distressed multifamily buildings strategically located throughout the city.

According to Amy Rubenstein, Chief Executive Officer at Clear Investment Group: “We are excited about this acquisition in Columbus as it aligns with our investment strategy and allows us to deliver strong returns for our investors while supporting the local community. This marks the third portfolio acquisition for Clear Opportunities Fund I. The fund remains committed to executing its investment strategy through disciplined underwriting and strategic asset management aimed at optimizing operational efficiencies.
