### Clear Height Properties JV Acquires Light Industrial Building in Lisle
A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook, Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation, has acquired a 42,444-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial building at 1938 University Lane in Lisle, Illinois.
Mark Moran of NAI Hiffman served as the sole broker in the transaction. The three-tenant building is located in Chicago’s DuPage County, within the I-88 submarket. Situated in the College West Business Park, the property offers convenient access to I-88 and I-355 via Route 53. Additional features include a 16-foot clear height, 74 parking spaces, and three interior docks.
