A 290,573 square-foot single-tenant building located at 1675 Watkins Road in Columbus, Ohio has been leased by a joint venture partnership between real estate investor Clear Height Properties and MLG Capital. The tenant is a mechanical contracting services provider for large-scale construction projects and was represented by Mike Semon of NAI Ohio Equities LLC. The JLL Columbus team of Nick Tomasone, Joe Davis, and Josh Weithman represented Clear Height in the transaction.
The property is situated on the southeast side of Columbus within the Watkins Road Industrial Park near Rickenbacker Air Cargo Airport and adjacent to Norfolk Southern Discovery intermodal yard.
Clear Height’s managing director of asset management, Joe Young stated that after successfully completing their capital improvements plan they are pleased to lease this asset to an established business headquartered in Ohio with aligned long-term interests for the building’s outlook.
