Clear Height Properties, a real estate investor based in Oak Brook, Illinois, has partnered with Harbert U.S. Real Estate to acquire a 121,684 square foot light industrial complex in Minnesota. The property is located at 9201 East Bloomington Freeway and is known as “Bloom Tech”. It consists of 14 tenants and features 20 dock-high doors and five drive-in doors. CBRE brokers Bentley Smith and Judd Welliver facilitated the purchase.
According to Jacob Swartz, associate director of acquisitions at Clear Height Properties, the diverse tenant mix at Bloom Tech has historically had long-term retention rates. The strategic location of the property near I-35 and 94th Street allows for easy access throughout the Twin Cities.
Clear Height Properties specializes in acquiring and operating industrial real estate across the Midwest region while Harbert U.S. Real Estate is an investment strategy sponsored by alternative asset manager Harbert Management Corporation which was established in 1993.
This acquisition marks another successful venture for Clear Height Properties as they continue to expand their portfolio through strategic partnerships like this one with Harbert U.S Real Estate.
