The property was purchased from an undisclosed seller with the assistance of Jimena Sayavedra, Jack Cozzie and Elise Couston from Newmark acting as brokers.
Strategically situated near the I-294 and 95th Street interchange, this single-tenant building offers ample outdoor space for storage and fleet parking. Clear Height plans to implement a comprehensive capital improvement plan to enhance the property’s value before reintroducing it to the market.
This acquisition marks another successful venture for Clear Height and Harbert US Real Estate following their recent purchase of a multi-tenant light industrial building at 2100 Corporate Drive in Addison. The transaction was facilitated by Michael Lupo from Colliers along with Julie Lombardo of JLL.
