Clear Height Properties has acquired an 18,800-square-foot industrial service facility located at 9211 Gage Avenue in Franklin Park, IL for an undisclosed sum. Situated less than five miles from O’Hare International Airport, the property offers a low 30% building-to-land coverage ratio and features a fully gated and secured parking area for field service vehicles along with four drive-in doors and interior triple catch basins.
Rick Nevarez, director of acquisitions at Clear Height Properties commented on the acquisition: “The opportunity to offer secured parking is critical to many users as there is currently a supply shortage of like kind industrial service facilities in the market.” Ryan Widerberg of eXp Realty served as sole broker in this sale transaction while Jason Lev and Jimmy Kowalczyk with CBRE have been hired by Clear Height to market the building as available.
