Clayco Subsidiary Expands to 191K-SF Training Center in St. Louis

Concrete Strategies, a subsidiary of Clayco, has recently signed a lease to relocate its operational service, innovation, and training center to 5790 Campus Parkway in Hazelwood, Missouri. This strategic move will allow the company to expand its operations and better serve clients in the St. Louis area.

The new 191,000-square-foot facility will include 20,000 square feet of office space as well as a cutting-edge craft jobs training and innovation center for field testing advanced concrete products that prioritize performance and sustainability. The training space will also play an important role in promoting diversity within the design and construction industry by providing mentorship opportunities for minority students who are underrepresented or underserved.

According to Pat Moriarity, President of Concrete Strategies: “We have chosen this location because it offers our team members a safe environment where they can do their best work with support from the community.” As experts in concrete restoration services such as coatings and waterproofing for commercial projects , Concrete Strategies is committed to investing in long-term growth within Hazelwood.
