Casey Development recently sold Sunset at Treeline, a Class A medical office building in San Antonio. The 58,000-square-foot property was acquired by Big Sky Medical with the assistance of an acquisition loan from Bank of America.
Sunset at Treeline is currently fully leased and anchored by Baptist Health System Physicians and WellMed, a subsidiary of United Healthcare. The facility offers various medical services such as OB/GYN, orthopedics, and cardiology.
Strategically located in the Alamo Heights neighborhood at 430 W. Sunset Road, Sunset at Treeline has easy access to major highways including U.S. Route 281 and Interstate 410. It is approximately eight miles away from downtown San Antonio. Other nearby healthcare providers include CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital, Molina Healthcare of Texas Regional Office,and Village Square Medical Building.
The sale marks another successful transaction for Casey Development as they continue to expand their portfolio in the thriving San Antonio market.
