CJ Logistics America is set to open a state-of-the-art cold storage warehouse in New Century, Kansas. The 291,000-square-foot facility, developed by national cold storage developer Yukon Real Estate Partners and global leader BGO, will feature Alta EXPERT refrigeration and is scheduled to launch in 2025.
This new warehouse will be connected to Upfield’s production plant through an above-ground conveyor bridge built by Upfield. This innovative design allows for direct delivery of finished products into the warehouse. Additionally, there are currently 100,000 square feet of extra space available at the facility.
