Construction has reached its highest point on Apollo, a 265-unit community located at 12888 Crenshaw Blvd. in Gardena. Developed by Cityview and Stockbridge, the eight-story building’s wood framing is now complete and the project remains on track for completion in 2025.
According to Sean Burton, CEO of Cityview, “Apollo will provide much-needed housing to one of the fastest growing areas in Los Angeles County.” He also expressed excitement about topping out on the project and delivering a new multifamily development to the South Bay next year.
