Construction for the AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin, a dual-branded hotel project, is scheduled to begin in Summer 2025. The estimated completion date is January 2027. LaPour and Holualoa have joined forces to develop this project as part of the CityNorth development.
The eight-story building will consist of 240 guest rooms and offer approximately 5,700 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor meeting space. The AC Hotel by Marriott will have 142 guest rooms while Element by Westin will provide an additional 98 extended-stay guest rooms.
Guests can look forward to amenities such as a saline pool, AC Lounge, Element Rise fitness center, outdoor fireplaces and barbecue area. Suites with balconies are also available along with other conveniences like a sundry market, AC Kitchen for dining options and on-site laundry services.
CityNorth’s master plan includes over two million square feet of office space along with around3 ,400 multifamily units ,1 ,000 hotel rooms,and various retail outlets including restaurants .Located next door to Desert Ridge Marketplaceand adjacenttothe popular High Street retail areaon56thStreet,the developmentis expectedtobe completedwithinthe next decade.
