Heritage Park, a new development in Mansfield, is set to become a bustling mixed-use district. The project will feature a 125-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and approximately 60,000 square feet of Class A office space. Additionally, there will be 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space as well as medical offices and parks.
Located along Heritage Parkway and Highway 287 in Mansfield, the project is expected to begin construction by 2024. Master developer 1ONEFirm Inc., based in Heath, has partnered with hotel developer Tekmak Development for this venture.
The developers have big plans for Heritage Park – envisioning it as an active community with walkable streets that offer various amenities such as office spaces, retail outlets,and entertainment venues alongside residential properties. With previous successful projects like The South Ridge Development under their belt,Tekmak Development brings valuable experience to the table.
This ambitious project is estimated to create around250 jobs during its first phase while also generating an impressive $70 million value through ad-valorem taxes.Additionally,the post-construction impact on the local economy could be significant due to increased business activity within this vibrant district.
