Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Hunter Partners have reported strong leasing activity at Cityline, their transit-oriented, mixed-use development in downtown Sunnyvale. The project has seen significant growth on both its commercial and residential fronts.

Four new retail leases, totaling 7,831 square feet, have brought commercial occupancy to over 80%, while The Martin, a 12-story luxury apartment tower, has already reached 75% lease-up.

The Econic Company facilitated lease agreements with Sev Laser, a laser hair removal service, and three restaurants—Senro Sushi, Sana’s House Café, and Shake Shack. Each tenant signed a 10-year lease and is set to open in the fourth quarter.

These new dining establishments will join the six existing restaurants and cafes that are already operating in the mixed-use district, which celebrated its grand opening last fall. Upon completion, Cityline will feature 1,100 new apartments, one million square feet of office space, a spacious public plaza known as Redwood Square, and 500,000 square feet of retail and entertainment options.
