### Cityline Sunnyvale Achieves Significant Leasing Milestone

Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Hunter Partners have reported strong leasing activity at Cityline, their transit-oriented, mixed-use development in downtown Sunnyvale. With four new retail leases totaling 7,831 square feet, commercial occupancy has now surpassed 80%. Meanwhile, The Martin, a 12-story luxury apartment tower within Cityline, has already reached 75% lease-up.

The Econic Company facilitated lease agreements with Sev Laser, a laser hair removal service, and three restaurants: Senro Sushi, Sana’s House Café, and Shake Shack. Each tenant has signed a 10-year lease and plans to open in the fourth quarter of the year.

These new additions join six existing restaurants and cafés within Cityline, which celebrated its grand opening last fall. Once completed, the development will feature 1,100 new apartments, one million square feet of office space, a large public plaza known as Redwood Square, and 500,000 square feet of retail and entertainment options.
