Industrial Parts Depot, LLC (IPD), a leading global manufacturer and distributor of heavy-duty engine parts, has finalized a 61-month lease for 83,388 square feet at 1550 Charles Willard St. in Carson. The move represents an expansion and relocation from their previous 42,000-square-foot distribution center in Torrance owned by Storm Industries Inc., the parent company of IPD.
Matt Stringfellow SIOR and Courtney Bell of The Klabin Company represented IPD while John Schumacher and Bret Quinlan from CBRE acted on behalf of landlord Carson Companies.
This major industrial transaction marks an important step forward for IPD as they expand their operations to meet growing demand for heavy duty engine parts across the globe.
