Citigroup's Jacksonville Campus Purchased by Wideman

Wideman Company has acquired Citigroup’s Jacksonville campus for $24 million. The property, located at 14000 Citicards Way, consists of four interconnected buildings. While Citigroup will continue to occupy 230,000 square feet of office space on the campus, the remaining 260,000 square feet is available for new tenants.

This purchase marks a significant increase in value since the property was last sold in 2003 for $14.44 million. In recent years, it underwent extensive renovations totaling $12.9 million.

The financing for this acquisition was arranged by BayBridge Real Estate Capital through an independent financial services firm based in Chicago.
