According to the Denver Business Journal, the recently completed X Denver 2 boasts a total of 351 units.
The portfolio of The X Co., which is currently active in six markets nationwide and includes over $1 billion worth of construction activity, consists of approximately 5,000 beds.
Located on the southern edge of Five Points neighborhood,the building offers residents access to an impressive arrayof amenities spread across its fourth and fifth floors. These include shared workspaces,a gym,pool and spa,lounge area,and full-service kitchen.The property also boasts35 ,000 square feet dedicated solelyto amenity spaceand another14 ,000 square feet designated for resident co-working use.
