Northmarq’s Walnut Creek office has announced the addition of Chris Sands, VP and lead broker. He will be involved in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net lease properties across the United States, with a primary focus on retail investments.
Sands holds real estate licenses in both New York and California, having forged relationships with private investors as well as institutions nationwide. Prior to joining Northmarq, he served as Senior Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he was a top producer, mentor for social impact initiatives while also being one of the founding members of their Walnut Creek office.
