Experienced investment sales professional, Christoffer Brodhead, has recently joined Ariel Property Advisors as a partner and managing director in their Investment Sales Group. With over two decades of experience under his belt, Brodhead will continue to serve clients in the Midtown West section of Manhattan. Throughout his career, he has successfully sold over 120 buildings with a total value of approximately $1 billion. Some notable transactions include the sale of an industrial property at 624-36 West 47th Street for $36.5 million, a mixed-use property at 885 10th Avenue for $32.3 million and a development site at 500 West14th Street for $22.5 million.
