Chopt, a popular fast-casual salad brand, has signed a lease for 2,148 square feet on the ground floor of One Boerum Place in Brooklyn. This mixed-use development is located at the intersection of three desirable neighborhoods: Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill.
The negotiations for this lease were handled by Esquire Properties representing Chopt and Newmark representing One Boerum Development Partners. The new Chopt location at One Boerum Place is expected to open in Fall 2024.
