Construction is set to begin this summer on Airabella Lake Oconee, a 137-acre mixed-use project located east of Atlanta. The project is being developed by Choice Gateway and is expected to be completed by 2026.
The development will feature a boutique Marriott hotel, restaurants, a brewery, office space and retail options in the Village at Airabella. Along with these amenities, there will also be stand-alone homes and townhomes available for residents. Additionally, the project will include greenspaces for outdoor activities as well as a wedding venue and nine-hole golf course.
Hotel Airabella will serve as the lodging component of the development with premium spa services and other luxurious amenities.
