Construction is set to begin this summer on Airabella Lake Oconee, a 137-acre mixed-use project located east of Atlanta. Developed by Choice Gateway, the project aims to be completed by 2026.
The development will feature a boutique Marriott hotel, restaurants, a brewery, office space and retail section known as Village at Airabella. Additionally, there will be stand-alone homes and townhomes included in the plans. The project will also offer greenspaces for outdoor activities as well as a wedding venue and new nine-hole golf course.
Hotel Airabella is part of the lodging component with premium amenities such as spa services.
