CBRE has successfully negotiated four new leases, totaling 16,420 square feet at the Chino Spectrum Marketplace in Chino. This brings the property to an impressive 98% occupancy rate.

The shopping center has recently welcomed Boston Pizza (6,700 square feet), Red Wing Shoes (1,643 square feet), Famous Footwear (5,040 square feet) and Smash Factor (3,037 square feet) as its newest tenants. CBRE’s Walter Pagel and Hannah Curran expertly represented the landlord Sy Ventures III in these negotiations.

Pagel commented on this achievement by saying “The addition of these four leases at the Marketplace highlights its status as a premier retail destination in Chino.” The marketplace boasts a diverse mix of national and regional shops and restaurants spread across its expansive 750,000-square-foot space. These new additions join other well-known retailers such as Target,Dick’s Sporting Goods,TJ Maxx, and Staples.

This recent development is further evidence that Chino Spectrum Marketplace continues to thrive as one of California’s top retail destinations.
