ACO Commercial, a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, arranged the sale of a 5.24-acre land site located at 3000-3052 S. Pitney Court in Bridgeport to the Chinese American Service League for $8 million. George Toscas and Linda Hatter represented seller St Louis based SOHO Investments Inc., in the all cash transaction.
The nonprofit plans to turn this property into an expansive community care campus with affordable senior housing, adult day center for seniors, childcare center and commercial kitchen for senior meals and culinary training programs.
