Coldwell Banker Commercial C&C Properties recently closed the sale of Avery Oaks Apartments in Chico for $8 million. The 30-unit new construction complex, located at 1991 Humboldt Ave., was brokered by Carrie Tatreau and Kelsey Watt on behalf of both the seller, Chuck Tatreau Construction Inc., and an undisclosed buyer.

According to Tatreau, this project was a successful collaboration with local partners resulting in a well-designed property. The swift lease-up process also showcases their commitment to providing exceptional real estate solutions.

C&C Properties played a key role in the original acquisition of this property and worked closely with a local developer to modify its design. This included incorporating private backyards, pet-friendly features, and upgraded finishes built by another Chico-based developer. In just five months under their management, occupancy rates reached 95%, leading to the sale at $266K per unit.
