**Chicago Venture Partners Signs 10-Year Lease at 300 E. Randolph in East Loop**
Chicago Venture Partners, a private investment firm, has signed a 10-year lease for office space on the 40th floor of the 57-story Blue Cross Blue Shield Tower, located at 300 E. Randolph St. in Chicago’s East Loop.
The new office will occupy 15,779 square feet in the prominent downtown building, which primarily serves as the headquarters for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and its Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois division.
Leslie Logsdon, President and Designated Managing Broker of L2 Advisers LLC, represented Chicago Venture Partners in the transaction. Dan Maslauski and Michael Sessa of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
