Curi Holdings LLC, a healthcare advisory firm, has announced plans to move its capital business headquarters to Chicago following the successful acquisition of RMB Capital. The Chicago Business Journal reports that Curi Capital, a division of Curi Holdings based in Raleigh, North Carolina, will merge with RMB Capital and operate under the new name “Curi RMB Capital.”
The combined company will be headquartered in Chicago and employ 180 professionals across ten locations nationwide. This year alone, they plan on expanding their team even further. With nine offices from RMB and one from Curi Capital’s Raleigh location serving clients nationwide.
Although financial details were not disclosed for this deal which combines $11.3 billion worth of assets under management between both companies’ portfolios; Dimitri Eliopoulos is now CEO for the newly formed entity while Dick Burridge remains as Executive Chairman alongside his role as co-Chief Investment Officer at RMB.
