Howard & Howard Attorneys, a well-established and reputable national law firm, has announced plans to move its Chicago office to Two Pru in a long-term agreement facilitated by Savills. The lease negotiations were led by Vice Chairmen Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, with support from Vice Chairman John Goodman and Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz. Dawn Dalson oversaw the workplace strategy for the relocation while Rich Dale and Laura Schueren will handle project management.
The transaction was represented by Riverside Investment & Development’s Daniel Heckman and Annie Kwasigroch on behalf of Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, the owner of Two Pru.
Later this year, Howard & Howard will occupy a full floor at 180 N. Stetson Ave in the East Loop area as part of their move. According to Feinberg,”Two Pru is experiencing an increase in leasing activity due to its ongoing renovation which includes top-of-the-line amenities for tenants.”
Renovations at Two Pru began in 2024 with plans for a new glass-enclosed walkway connecting One and Two Pru buildings soon underway. Other upgrades include a state-of-the-art conferencing center spanning over 20,000 square feet,a co-working space,a fully staffed bar,and an entertainment suite.
