Stream Realty Partners has added more than 800,000 square feet to its Chicago office leasing portfolio while forming relationships with three ownership groups. Stream was awarded for three distinct buildings located near Interstates 90, 94 and 290 as well as close proximity to Chicago’s busy “L” line. The properties include 550 West Adams (an 18-story tower owned by Macquarie featuring 469,729 square feet of Class A office space and 7,760 square feet of retail space), 400 South Jefferson (a 247,000-square-foot eight story building offering spaces ranging from 55,500 – 247 ,716 sqft) and 315 North Racine (a five story brick & timber asset with 92 ,200 sqft). Mark Bâby – Managing Director at Stream Chicago – along with Associates Brittany Hughes & Katie Hull are the leasing brokers for these properties respectively.
