"Chicago-Based Skender Promotes Key Leaders in the Midwest Region"

Skender has recently announced six promotions within its leadership team to support the company’s strategic goals for growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

The following individuals have been promoted:

– Courtney Boatwright is now Creative Director. Since joining Skender in 2011, Courtney has consistently demonstrated Skender’s core values through her internal interactions and external deliverables. In her new role, she will oversee all creative production aspects of the company’s brand, marketing campaigns, and initiatives.
– Kate Calenberg is now Director of Learning & Development. With over a decade of experience in project management at Skender since joining in 2004, Kate transitioned into learning and development where she will be responsible for effectively developing training programs for all operational employees.
– Patrick Sullivan is now Director of Field Operations. Since becoming part of the team in 2015 as an invaluable resource managing field activities on crucial client projects such as Salesforce Chicago and Bank of America buildouts; he will continue to guide projects towards safe completion within budget constraints.
– Brian Bukowski was promoted to Senior Vice President after being with Skender since 2007 with over two decades worth construction industry experience under his belt; he co-led the Interiors group last year providing strategic direction which he’ll continue doing so moving forward.
– Andy Halik was also promoted to Senior Vice President after starting at Skender back in 2011 bringing along more than eighteen years’ worth construction industry knowledge; continuing his role leading interiors group while fostering relationships with clients strategically
and committing himself towards growth initiatives .
Brian Simons joined back when it was still Connect CRE but we can omit that mention here) Brian Simons became Indianapolis office leader just last year before being named SVP this time around where he’ll keep overseeing operations there.
