Chicago’s DMG, a multifamily property management company, has expanded into Indiana with the addition of River Rock Apartments in Mishawaka. The 88-unit community at 116 W Mishawaka Avenue will now be managed by DMG.
According to Roger Daniel, President and founder of DMG, this expansion marks an exciting start to the new year for the company. He also noted that River Rock Apartments offers high-end finishes and luxurious amenities that cater to modern residents’ preferences.
The resort-style amenities at River Rock include a fitness center, billiards room, business center and conference room. Outside spaces feature a courtyard with BBQ grills, firepits and picnic areas.
Conveniently located in Downtown Mishawaka near shopping centers and entertainment options like restaurants and theaters. It is also close to major employers such as University of Notre Dame campus hospitals.
