**CenterPoint Properties**
CenterPoint Properties has appointed Jeff Thornton as Executive Vice President to lead its Central Region team. Thornton joins the company from Ryan Companies, where he served as President of the South Central Region. In his new role, Thornton will oversee all operations and strategic initiatives for CenterPoint’s Central Region. Jim Clewlow, CenterPoint’s Chief Operating Officer, noted that Thornton brings strong leadership and deep industry experience to the position.
**Marcus & Millichap**
Tyrell McGee has joined Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Chicago downtown office. McGee brings over a decade of expertise in corporate sale-leaseback financing, build-to-suit financing, and net-lease transactions. Over his career, he has underwritten and closed more than $4.5 billion in deals, spanning industrial, retail, and office assets both domestically and internationally.
**Lee & Associates**
Lee & Associates of Illinois has promoted Michael O’Leary to Principal from Executive Vice President. O’Leary, who joined the firm in 2019, has played a pivotal role in its industrial services division. His specialization includes leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties in key markets such as the I-80 and I-294 corridors and Northwest Indiana.
**The Laramar Group**
The Laramar Group announced the promotion of Brandon Krantz and Matt Kreikemeier to Vice Presidents of Investments. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, both executives have been critical in planning, sourcing, and executing acquisition and disposition strategies for Laramar’s multifamily and medical office portfolios nationwide.

Subtext has expanded its business platform with the launch of a new Public-Private Partnerships (P3) vertical. **DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International**
Vice President Mandy Lewandowski has been honored with the 2024 High-Volume Award at DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International. Lewandowski earned the award by completing 67 brokerage transactions this year, which spanned industrial, retail, and office sectors. Her total transaction volume exceeded $11.5 million and involved over 358,000 square feet of leased space.
**LK Architecture**
Craig A. Rhodes has been appointed Design Director at LK Architecture, a national commercial architecture and design firm. Rhodes brings nearly 40 years of experience to the role and will oversee design execution, project management, and client relationships across various industry sectors.
**Kiser Group**
Mike Mosher has joined Kiser Group as Chief of Revenue Production. Previously, Mosher held leadership positions—including National Head of Sales and CEO—at a national multifamily brokerage firm. At Kiser, he will be responsible for leading the sales force, recruitment, expansion into new markets, and integration of client services.
