Todd Stofflet has joined Lument’s growing real estate investment sales team as a managing director. Based in Chicago, he will focus on multifamily transactions across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
#### Richard Hill Named Global Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy at Principal Asset Management
Principal Asset Management announced that Richard Hill has joined the firm as Global Head of Real Estate Research & Strategy. In this role, Hill will collaborate with portfolio teams on capital allocation strategies developed through a relative value framework. He will also lead the global real estate research team, overseeing economic and real estate insights for clients. Hill brings 24 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Head of Real Estate Strategy & Research at Cohen & Steers Capital Management.
#### Dustin Albers Joins Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President
Dustin Albers has joined Lee & Associates’ Industrial Brokerage Service Group as a senior vice president. He transitioned into industrial real estate following a seven-year career as a sales manager for a major payroll company. Over the past six years, he has built and expanded his brokerage business at Cawley Commercial.
#### Joe Noon Appointed Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Investments at Realterm
Realterm has announced the promotion of Joe Noon to Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Investments. In this role, he will lead the firm’s Investments and Development teams in identifying, evaluating, and securing new opportunities to expand Realterm’s U.S. transportation logistics portfolios. Prior to this appointment, Noon served as Vice President of Investments for the Central Region and Head of Development nationally for Realterm.
