**Essex Realty Group Celebrates 35 Years**
Essex Realty Group, LLC is marking its 35th anniversary as a leader in the mid-market multifamily sector. Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that Edward Polich, Executive Vice President of Real Estate, plans to retire at the end of 2025. With a distinguished 43-year career in the industry, Polich has spent nearly 20 years with the firm. He served as Chief Development Officer from 2014 to 2019 before being promoted to his current position. Polich also previously served as Vice President during the 1980s.
