**Entre Commercial Realty Facilitates Major Lease in Orland Park**
Entre Commercial Realty has completed a lease transaction for a truck maintenance and trailer parking facility located at 13235 SW Highway in Orland Park, Illinois. The facility spans 32,885 square feet and includes over 5.2 acres of outside storage and trailer parking. The property, formerly owned by AT&T and renovated in 2024, was leased with representation from Entre’s Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, Elisabeth Lazzara, and Chris Wilbur on behalf of the landlord.
