St. Luke’s Health Corp. has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to lead the marketing and sale of its Des Peres Hospital campus in St. Louis County. The Cushman & Wakefield team, including Tripp Hardin, SIOR, Mike Hanrahan, and Jack Gentile, will represent the regional hospital system in the disposition of the property.
Indiana-based Regency Properties has promoted Jessica Wildeman to Vice President of Lease Administration. In her expanded role, Wildeman will continue to lead the Lease Administration department while also overseeing budgeting and forecasting across Leasing, Lease Administration, and Property Management divisions.
Ambrose, a real estate investment manager headquartered in Indianapolis, announced multiple internal promotions across its leadership and operations teams:
– **Grant Goldman** has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He will maintain responsibility for development operations, asset management, legal, marketing, and talent and culture.
– **Stephen Lindley** has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Investments. Lindley will lead deployment and leasing activities across all Ambrose speculative markets, including the Midwest, Mountain States, and Florida.
– **Cody Garrison** has been named Vice President, Development Operations. He will oversee planning and execution for Ambrose’s national build-to-suit operations.
– **Katie Wilkins** has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing and Communications. She will continue to provide leadership in brand development, thought leadership, and firmwide marketing initiatives.
– **Eric Seamands** has been elevated to Director of Development. He will manage new development projects within Ambrose’s speculative markets and lead team development and mentoring.
– **Eric Blount** has been promoted to Senior Development Manager. Blount will be responsible for speculative developments in the Southeast region and other national build-to-suit projects.
– **Clay Smith** has also been promoted to Senior Development Manager. He will lead complex national build-to-suit projects, supporting various tenant clients.
– **Noah Smith** has been named Senior Capital Markets Associate. He will continue supporting Ambrose’s capital markets team through financial analysis, underwriting, and investor relations.
