Chestnut Hill Realty, a local real estate company, has completed the construction of The Franklin at Hancock Village in Brookline, MA. This new 250-unit apartment building is set to welcome its first residents this fall and adds to the existing 1,300 units in Hancock Village.
The project was spearheaded by Chestnut Hill Realty’s founder and CEO Ed Zuker with the goal of providing high-quality housing options for individuals, couples and families. Located at 201 Sherman Rd., The Franklin has designated 20% of its units as affordable.
