Cherry Creek Redevelopment Zoning Approved for East West Group

The City of Denver has granted East West Partners a rezoning for the redevelopment of a 13-acre property in Cherry Creek. The developers have proposed to construct shops, restaurants, offices, and housing on the site.

Currently, the property is occupied by three commercial buildings and surface parking.
