The Broe Group recently acquired The Seasons at Cherry Creek for $225 million, equating to approximately $383,000 per unit. This is one of the largest transactions in Cherry Creek history and the complex was 95% occupied at time of sale. The three buildings on site were built in 1988 and 2010 respectively and boast a range of high-end amenities such as 24/7 concierge access, multiple coffee bars, a gym & fitness center with access to neighboring spa facilities as well as resort-style pool areas.
The new owners plan to poll tenants regarding potential upgrades that could be made across the property moving forward. With this acquisition being one of the largest transactions seen in Cherry Creek history it’s clear that there are many opportunities available within this market for investors looking for prime real estate investments with strong returns potentials.
