Chelsea Piers Fitness (CPF) has signed a long-term lease for 72,000 square feet of space at 24-11 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City’s Court Square. The mixed-use tower will feature approximately 600 apartments and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
As CPF’s seventh location in the New York City Metro area, the fitness club will offer amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, yoga and fitness studios as well as extensive cardio and weight training equipment. JLL’s Erin Grace and Matt Ogle represented CPF while Tavros Companies & Charney Companies were represented in house for this transaction.
This new residential tower with Chelsea Piers Fitness anchoring it is sure to be a great addition to Long Island City’s Court Square district!
