Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura principals Erica Balin and Scott Caswell have successfully arranged a five-year lease for Machina Labs, an innovative manufacturing company that integrates AI and robotics technology. The 60,300-square-foot freestanding warehouse located at 20559 Prairie St., Chatsworth will serve as the new headquarters for Machina Labs.
Balin and Caswell expertly represented Machina Labs in this transaction while Lainer Investments acted as the landlord. According to Balin, who has over two decades of experience in the Valley’s industrial market, “Machina Labs is at the forefront of AI and robotics advancements in manufacturing and is poised for significant growth. They were keen on staying within their current area as they expand their operations.”
The newly leased space provides ample room for Machina Lab’s expansion plans which include tripling production capacity. With a team comprised of experts from prestigious companies such as SpaceX, Relativity Space, Novelis among others; Machinalabs combines cutting-edge technology to revolutionize factory automation processes.
