The site will be transformed into a new luxury townhome community called Chevy Chase Crossing.
Chase Manor was originally built in 1952 and is located in the heart of Chevy Chase. The property spans almost four acres and previously housed 67 garden-style apartments. However, it now sits vacant as Toll Brothers prepares to develop it into a residential community consisting of 63 townhouses under the same name.
