Charter School Secures Long-Term Lease in Williamsburg

BSNBCS, a charter school in Bedford Stuyvesant, has secured a 35-year lease for its new high school located at 217 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The luxury condo building was developed by Largo Development and completed in 2022. With expanded charter authorization, the school plans to open before the Fall of 2024 semester and will occupy three levels totaling to approximately 51,498 square feet of commercial space. Designed by renowned architect Morris Adjmi, the six-story building also features residential units.

The negotiation process was facilitated by Josh Berger from Norman Bobrow & Company representing BSNBCS while Jason Frazier , Jesse de la Rama , Jeremy Scholder , Chris Betting and Dean Rosenzweig from CBRE represented Largo Development . According to Berger,”the ground floor’s ceiling heights along with private entrance and outdoor space were crucial factors that led BSNBCS to choose this location as their long-term home.” This announcement marks another milestone for BSNBCS as they continue providing growth opportunities for their students without compromising on quality education standards.
